Aspergeburger met romige tagliatelle, courgette en spinazie

  • 2 asparagus burgers 
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1 onion
  • oil
  • 1 courgette
  • 300g fresh spinach
  • 200g fresh tagliatelle
  • 125g crème fraîche
  • salt and pepper
  • parmesan cheese
  1. Cut the garlic and onion into little pieces and the zucchini into cubes. Heat oil in a pan and fry the onion and garlic for about 3 minutes. Add the zucchini and fry them for a few minutes.
  2. Meanwhile, heat oil (or butter) in another pan and fry the asparagus burgers 8 to 10 minutes on medium heat or prepare the burgers in the oven at 200ºC (16-18 min).
  3. Cook the tagliatelle according to the method of preparation on the package.
  4. Add the spinach to the other vegetables to the pan and stir gently. The spinach will shrink, so eventually everything fits in the pan.
  5. Add the crème fraîche and let it simmer. Season with salt and pepper.
  6. Serve the tagliatelle with vegetable sauce and asparagus burgers. Garnish with parmesan cheese.
