Aspergeburger met groene salade en zelfgemaakt frieten

  • 2 asparagus burgers 
  • 500 grams of potatoes
  • 1 egg
  • 150 grams of haricot verts
  • 1 head of lettuce
  • 1 red onion
  • 1 cucumber
  • vegetable oil or soy oil
  • 2 pickles
  • 15 grams of chives
  • 1 scallion
  • 100 ml of mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon of Worchester sauce
  • 2 teaspoons of capers
  • french dressing
  1. Peel the potatoes. Wash them carefully and cut them into fries-sized pieces. Put them in a pan with water and bring to a boil. Cook for around 10 minutes.

  2. Cook the egg.

  3. Prepare the asparagus burgers according to the instructions on the package. (Tip: it becomes extra crunchy in the oven!)

  4. Put the haricots verts into a pan and cook them for 5 minutes. Rinse them with cold water after.

  5. Cut the lettuce, onion, egg and cucumber and mix them with the haricots verts.

  6. Deep-fry the fries on 180 degrees until they are golden-brown, or bake them in the oven on 200 degrees for 20-25 minutes.

  7. Cut the pickles, chives and scallion. Mix these with the mayonnaise, Worchester sauce and capers.

  8. Serve the sauce with the fries and the burgers.

  9. Finish the green salad with a French dressing.
